Being home with the kids all day definitely taught me a few things about myself. For example, I used to think I'm terrible with technology but I spent some time learning HTML and other computer languages and as it turns out I'm actually pretty proficient at Web speak. I've actually even been building my own website to post pictures of the kids for the family! I've also been watching a lot more direct TV than I ever did before but it really feels okay because it's mostly movies and informational programs. It's not like I sit around all day watching Real Housewives or trashy reality TV like that, although those days do occur occasionally. I just love having the ability to stay home and help raise my kids as it makes me feel like I'm not missing out on anything. Since I'm developing my own skill set I think I'm actually doing double duty because when it comes time to go back to work I'm now more marketable!

more kids in the house!

We never had this much kids in the house when were in Grand Junction since they don't have so much kids in our congregation. I'm glad to see more kids in the meeting and the kids love it. That's why on weekend we try to invite families with kids to come over for dinner, that way the kids can get together, play and watch their favorite movie at the play room. Dustin found her new best friend, her name is renee and they get along well together and Dustin too she found her new buddies too! Her favorite one is Nathalie the one next to her at the last photo :-)

Twisty Balloons

I just learned how to make different animal characters using the twisty balloons and the kids love it. I make Dustin a bear and a flower then for Dana, I make her a little poodle and a fish. They are so happy for their twisty balloons and you can see the happiness in their eyes. Simple things makes them really happy and we love them so much!

More snow!

My husband make a walk way in the yard because it was full of snow. That way the dog can walk in the pathway instead of walking in a thick deep snow.

This photo was taken this morning. We got a little snow in the backyard, not so much but its enough to make the kids happy. Dana was so excited to play in the snow. We just took some photos and when it started to get cold, we get inside the house right away and keep our self warm.

happy kidos!

I feel blessed to have such an adorable kids. They makes me happy. Just by watching them laughing, giggling and playing each other, its a good feeling and I am sure many parents feel the same way. Here are the latest photos of Dustin and Dana. Love them both!

His ready!

Dustin got all his school supplies and he is very happy on his new backpack! He is ready for school next month! I am sure he will be doing good on school since he already know the basics. I can't wait too! I will be a busy mom next month! :-)

Very Excited

Yesterday, I went to Dustin School to submit Dustin's School Information. Dustin was so happy and very excited but I told him we will just submit the form and then we will go home. He can go to school when we get back from our vacation this month in California. We already have all the school supplies he need and this coming 23rd, we will meet Dustin's teacher to let them know about our vacation. I think everything will be okay and I can't believe that my little boy will go to school next month! Time went by so fast! My kids grow up so fast too! They will be teenager in no time. Hope they will grow up as a good kids that me and my husband will be proud of.

Dustin was so happy that he can carry her little sister now. I still need to keep an eye on him because Dana might get hurt or fall. But so far he did pretty good and Dana likes it. At the second photo, Dana is having fun riding his big brother and Dustin doesn't mind at all!

At the Assembly

Kids are running around, they love to play in the grass. They are so happy, having great time with the other kids at the assembly. We have an hour break time, so we get a chance to say hi to everyone, look around and take some pictures. We have another day tomorrow for the second day assembly so hope the kids will be good.

Dana's laugh...

It was very hilarious to see and hear Dana's laughing when Arlyn doing a very fast ball juggling. She was so funny. She laughs and laughs and never stop. I only took one photo but thats laugh of her are so cute!

My kids get silly sometimes but I'm happy that they get along very well. Sometimes Dana acting like a big sister to his brother. She's independent and smart. At the third photo, they are building blocks together with  baby jake, that was Arlyn's son.

Water Color is kind a messy to use but I just let them have it. Dustin is teaching Dana how to color and paint. Dana was very serious on what shes doing. As long they enjoy it, they showed me after they are done and Dana said "mommy, look! color car!". That was sweet!

It was nice day out in the afternoon. Kids are waiting for daddy to come home. They are just sitting down in the shade and they are look cute together especially Dana in her sunglasses.

At the meeting...

I took this photo at the kingdom hall after the meeting. The kids are playing at the jacket room. The first photo was Dustin, Dana and Mason. The 3rd one was Dana and the girls, i forgot the name. Anyhow, this is a nice photo of them. Dana is the youngest of all :-) She is such a cutie!

Car seats and rain boots

As a parent, the kids safety is always important for us that’s why we make sure that the kids are in their car seats with their set belts on. I’m glad that my two kids are aware on it, they know how important the set belt is, so before we go they also check their set belts. They never forget to say “mommy put my set belt on”. So I am very proud of them.

Anyhow, we bought the cosco car seats a year ago and my 5 year son love his new car seat. He’s the one who pick the color. Dana was using his brother car seat, so we didn’t get her a new one since she can still use the old one. And talking about car seat, you can find cosco car seats at become.com. New hair cut!

Dustin just got his new hair cut. He look very handsome in his suit! Daddy took him to the Saloon yesterday while me and dana staying home because Dana is not feel well. I took this photo last night before they go to meeting. He look pretty good!

Happy danapie!

Dana was so hilarious at this photo, she's laughing a lot on Dustin's game. She make funny faces, she is such a bubbly little girl. Love to see them happy and hearing their laughs makes me happy too. I am very proud to be their mommy! Love them both!

I don't think Dustin is big enough to carry her baby sister. I am scared that they both fell and hurt each other if they do. I saw Dustin trying to carry Dana and he did pretty good. I just need to keep an eye on them and make sure they won't fall and hurt each other. Dana likes it when his big brother carry her and turn her around. This is such a cute photo of them.
